Recieved the phone and wasn't as described "brand new" as when on front camera there was something blue on screen, seller told me to send back but put as " don't fit" for a return label ,as any other reason would "badly affect account" I have now tracked the item and its stating the seller "refused item" this as caused frustration as this was a birthday present present for my daughter. Please sort this!
