❌🆘❌Ordered two day n night cream both half full. Seller agreed to replace one jar not two told me for 2 open a case made me feel like a liar have photo proof i am disabled cant get out so cant be bothered opening case and finding a person to return for me everyones busy just be careful i told them i intend to go to customs for selling half jars seller made me feel like a cheat if they can send 1 replacement why not 2 ???? I am the looser her of nearly £16 ❌❌🆘❌❌

❌🚫‼️Customer claimed both creams were half full. But you can clearly see in pic 2 the seal is still on. Both creams were sealed. Regardless, treated customer with courtesy & offered to replace or refund. Customer wanted to keep original creams & have 2 more replacements sent which is unfair for any business. Tried to work through a resolution but customer threatened & blackmailed. My feedback shows I go out of my way for customers. But this customer is one to avoid. ‼️🚫❌
