Shipped quickly, well-packaged and was assembled easily with the provided instructions. The rubber mallet and a flathead screwdriver were definitely needed; make sure you pay attention to the spacing of the shelves by counting the "holes" shown in the images shown in the instructions, and ensuring that you have the holes oriented correctly (wide hole upwards, narrow hole where the shelf parts hook into downwards).

Was a little skeptical ordering 12 of them. But they were shipped fast and went from the west coast to the east coast and no damage. The shelving is nice but would call them more of a light medium not heavy duty. No issues putting them together took about 45 mins. to a hour for each one. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone that ask.

Sent msg to seller told me 9ft had 6 spines. Ordered but had 8 spines. Sent msg seller about misinformation. I asked about returns & shipping. He responded asking for # on box but never answered return question. I sent # on box never answered question again & now is requesting pic of item, packing labe,l etc., so they dont make that same mistake for other buyers. Not addressing the issue I feel. Now I have another 9ft umbrella I dont need with 8 spines & could have gotten that cheaper elsewhere
