Motherboard worked very well, and looked very clean. The clock capacitor was still intact, but thankfully it was not leaking. Still removed it, and repasted the CPU and GPU. Also, I don't know how you were able to get a Nov. 2002 HDD to work on a 2001 Xbox mobo, but I guess you have your ways... the update to 5960 and the softmod couldn't have gone smoother. I will definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks!

This used motherboard and hard drive rescued my Xbox that I ruined trying to solder a wire to the MB for a mod chip. Sure, the replacement MB's is kinda dirty & dusty and got a lot of miles on it, but after replacing the leaking clock capacitor, carefully cleaning up leaked acid with isopropyl alcohol, and new thermal paste on CPU and GPU, all is well again.Seller shipped same day and I had package in 2 days Monday to Wednesday! Item well wrapped in bubble wrap too. I couldn't be happier.A+

As described (used & works) somewhat. This 20 year old controller port has an electronic board in it and there were no pictures in the listing of the rust on the metal shrouding. This could be an indicator of H2O damage which could cause it to fail over time. It was also very dirty but it's ok enough to keep. I'm giving seller positive feed because I think they are generally a good seller and they shipped item in a timely manner, it was packaged well, and they answered my questions.
