Never again with this seller. Difficult to accept misunderstanding of my order, also, size of letter and design too small not like the photos. As amendment seller wants me to pay partial cost of the new one, and the item back with the promise of refunding shipping costs that he/she estimated in $3, but the reality is that shipping was more than $18. Finally, Ebay responds and made the full refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Hi there, please kindly tell the truth. The buyer ordered the wrong color himself. As an honest seller, we have provided 2 solutions. One is a discount price for another one. The other is we afford the return postage and the buyer returned it back for replacement. The buyer agreed to return it back for a replacement. However, i am not sure why he changed his idea at last & ask ebay to step in. It's unfair that we received a negative feedback when ebay said " The seller was not found at fault"!
