The chair is awful but my experience with the seller was positive. The chair has a short seat depth which makes it uncomfortable. The massage is extremely noisy and not relaxing at all. And the material is cheap, I really wouldnt recommend this chair. However the customer service was great and they sorted my issues.

Yes, as described; only I didn't really read, or think. Chair arrived in a big box with parts to put together. My main concern was that there were electrical and gas components; possibly beyond me. Anyway, this 74 year old female got stuck in and assembled it in a couple of hours. This is a comfortable, well-functioning office chair which I wished that I had purchased years ago. I am very pleased with this purchase.
