The photo clearly says Charms (Plural) and shows a number of charms with the shoe. It looks good value and why I made purchase. I was surprised when only one charm arrived and contacted seller who said I should have checked the description on a drop down box which did say one charm. My point was that I didn’t think there was any point in checking the description as the photo and the writing to accompany it were quite clear. The sellers replied we’re rude and unhelpful, can be shown if needed

Thank you for your feedback. The word charms (plural) is used as the listing is for more than one variation of charm. My initial reply politely pointed out that the item description clearly states you are purchasing one charm, to which you replied you never bothered reading the description. I advised doing so in future to save further confusion. The perceived rudeness may have been after you demanded 3 extra charms be sent to you free of charge. This can also be shown if needed.
