Ordered 100 tablets. Packaging was poor. Sent in a standard letter envelope . Tablets arrived and many broken or in powder form. Contacted the seller and explained that I'm not happy with the received item and i would like to return them. Seller refused return saying that they are perfectly acceptable and i can make up a tablet with the broken bits. Some i could but it would be difficult when some are in powder form. I ended up getting refunded by eBay. I will not buy from this seller again.

Refund was issued by Ebay as seller was deemed to not be at fault by Ebay.Tablets can break up slightly in transit. This is not a problem as Campden is a dry crumbly powder that can be crushed very easily. It is also sold in powder format from many retailers. If this does occur, simply apply common sense as dosage rates are not an exact measurement.

Was misleading as listed as a 10 pack, but I received 1 tablet, turns out on later inspection that there was a selection drop down when purchasing (didn't expect it, thought it was a default 10 tablets) so was expecting 10 got 1, contacted the seller and they said they had updated the page, as they realised the error. if the seller had sent me another 9 tablets and sucked it up based on the error, I would have left a positive review, but they didn't. So I didn't.
