Chose 44" 2XL: its a good fit, slightly tight but next size would be way too big allowing space for the armour to move about, not what you want should you come off !! Very pleased with the shirt, well made, good material. Be aware that the back armour IS NOT 'CE approved' if that matters to you. Would buy again.
