I ordered an item that apparently got lost in the mail. No tracking updated for almost 2 weeks, so I asked for a return and got it. On day 20 the item I ordered showed up in the mail. I contacted the seller offering to repay what I was refunded for the price of the item, but seller denied and said everything is fine. Despite a couple negative feedback on not receiving items (which I blame the PO they are going through bad changes atm) seller is professional and wants customers happy in the end.
