This took a good while to be dispatched, I've noticed this seller has a lot of unhappy feedback about this, and when I tried to prompt the seller they sent me a very long email that is clearly sent out to a lot of people, that basically says they can take their time and they will, which is unfortunate. The other problem is it the mattress has a nasty chemical smell. I've been airing it with a window open for several days and I still don't want to lie in the smell on it. Not good for £150.

Please note as we are a manufacturer of special size, made to measure mattresses, all items are made to order hence the longer delivery time as shown on your order (on a computer/Laptop) at the time of purchase.
Regarding the chemical smell, at times the foam may smell of the dye/glue used in the process of making the foam and enough time has not been given for it to air out before packing the mattress.
