Overall, the item arrived quickly and will work for my purposes. The seller communicated to help resolve some confusion re shipping. However, I was disappointed in quality as doesn’t meet condition described, particularly for price. There’s undisclosed damage, when dress was described to be in very good used condition. Some fabric pulling + holes on the upper left side, and the embroidery along the left sleeve line is completely missing/ripped off. Some spots on dress I’m hoping will wash out.

I am sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. These are hand made and hand dyed items from India that often have imperfections already. I was selling many at the same time so it is possible I did not do as good a job as I could have going over every inch to report all possible issues. I am sorry you did not report your dissatisfaction at the time, maybe we could have worked something out but I will pay your return shipping if you are unhappy.
