No communication. Does not respond to messages on Ebay or phone calls during their business hours. Ordered a clutch kit over a week ago and this seller provides a tracking number to Ebay without actually dispatching the item. Seller will not get back to me to confirm what the status is. They advertise same day dispatch on express orders but then proceed with this nonsense. Inexcusably poor customer service.

Very happy with price and actual filter. Unfortunately good old Aussie Post decided to send it to Sydney and back. It is not far from Mitchell to Fyshwick. I live this side of Braidwood. It was mailed very quickly by you but I only received it this afternoon. If I purchase other stuff from you we will be working out other delivery methods. I by no means hold you responsible for this but have to give comment so maybe you can make other delivery arrangements for others. Cheers Al
