    This did stop my Planter faciitis pain, which surprised me. It does add to the width of ones foot, so a quick review of one's shoe collection is required, but who cares if it means one can walk! I have no trouble wrapping it round my foot, and the velcro fastening is quite fierce, so undoing it at the end of the day can be a tussel! Hint :- Pull on the elastic not the tab it gives better grip, and pull the appliance over the front of your foot, and then pull the velcro apart!
