I have a relatively narrow wrist compared to my hand, so the item wasn't a great fit. I had to overtighten the item which meant the velcro didn't line up properly and would sometimes come undone during the night. That said, it seemed to help support the joint a little. A shame the product doesn't come in a range of colours such as lilac, but a good quality item. Can be slightly difficult to fasten up with one hand. Happy with the seller as the item was as described and arrived on time.
