    The experience I had with the seller was appalling. I contacted the seller on multiple occasions asking for an update on the shipment. The item was never shipped. The seller never responded. In the end, I had to get eBay’s help to resolve the issue with the seller. My money was returned 20 days after I first purchased the item.

    Just a very frustrating experience all round. I bought this lot, but noticed the next day that it was still a live listing. It seemed unlikely that the same seller had a second lot of identical scarves for sale, so I messaged to enquire. No response. It is now nine days later and the items have not yet been sent, nor have I received any communication suggesting there is a problem. I will need to report as not received to eBay, doubtless causing a further delay before I am reimbursed.
