    Excessive combined postage cost. Seller charged £9 for medium parcel 48hr Tracked but the actual cost was £5.09. I complained to seller, who told me it was because the parcel was over 2kg, that was untrue. I weighed each piece as follows. Empty packing box 0.382kg, Apache helicopter 0.581kg, Chinook 0.804kg, giving a total weight of 1.76kg for the parcel. I sent seller pictures of each piece on the scales showing each weight and the total weight of 1.76kg. Weight on postage label scribbled out.

    you agreed the postage you bought it you never sent pictures and you told me to not refund you, clearly your scales are better than the post offices with your false feedback sellers need to be very wary of you and your claims

    Received, many thanks 🙏 As for the description of box in great condition and the picture, well this couldn’t be further from the truth, box is covered in a type of mould , probably due to water immersion, so will need to be thrown away , kit is new as described fortunately , so looking okay , instructions again covered in mould , can’t throw away as I need to build the kit, cheap price is saving grace… Description should have said “ Water damaged model kit , hence why it’s cheap “🙄
