I chose 2 buy from eBay, not Amazon! 4 a well known brand, the item's totally unsatisfactory & probably a seconds. The collar clip was so stiff I had to cut the collar off (now in the bin) otherwise my puppy would have been strangled! If the sellar had dispatched it, then it may have been checked properly, b4 being dispatched. Just can't be bothered asking 4 return or refund, the process is annoying as all concerned assume one owns a printer, to print a return label!!

Parcel arrived in Amazon packing even though purchased through E Bay. When I contacted them for a refund as the product I received was not as described. They sent me a QR return label which was for Amazon. I was told that Evri would pick up the package, this did not happen and they failed to respond to further messages. I had to get E Bay involed and I was refunded by E BayReply from: your.essentials.store- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.We're very sorry to hear it didn't go as expected.
