    Best Logitech

    This is the best model that they have ever made. Soft buttons, direct device control, 15 (or more?) devices, well laid out button pattern, batteries (standard alkaline) last for months, lighted buttons, and rugged. I am hoarding them as I find them to last the years, as I have also supplied others in my family. I guess being the family remote guru isn't that bad after all. Get one if you can find a new one....

    A work in progress.

    It doesn't have my DVR in it's files and it's approximation is poor. I feel like there may be more it might do for me, but it's of minimal use atm. I really hoped it would just work nice and easy.

    Excellent no-longer-made remote available at a good price

    Great remote if you need to control multiple pieces of equipment. Most of the set-up work is done for you. Only thing to note is that the buttons do have a finite life, and frequently used ones need increasing pressure over time and may eventually stop working. You can work around this problem to some extent by reassigning the buttons in s/w. However expect a lifetime of about 2 years or so.
