samples sent are approx a 7cm square. You won’t be able to see the pattern properly if it has one and it’s not big enough to be able to see if it will look good on your floor. Poor service as when questioned was told that a machine cuts the samples so nothing can be done to change the size. All samples from different companies have been 30 - 40cm in size. shame because I liked this particular design the most but will not be purchasing as I can’t see enough of it to tell if it’s adequate

We are sorry to hear this feedback.Our samples are cut using a sample machine and are to check the size colour and thickness.Customer did state they didint want another sample sending.Sending hundreds of samples we have never had similar feedback.We do send larger samples dependent on the flooring type however this particular flooring is a simple concrete effect our sample is sufficent to demonstrate the flooring.

SCAM !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Was told delivery date and number was taken, I was told If unable to deliver that re-delivery would be chargeable. Apparently they rang the number and got no answer so item was left on front which unfortunately is no longer there !!! Contacted company for them to fob me off and say I was told it would be delivered it would be left at property which is untrue and I have emails to state otherwise. Attached picture of delivery !!!

Our customer service team advised on delivery date & asked for a contact number which was confirmed back to us. Our driver arrived at the property, left numerous calls on the number provided. We give the time of between 8am & 5pm for delivery which was also confirmed back to us. We provided a picture to show the roll of flooring that was delivered outside the property at 8:05am (attached). As a company we have correctly processed & delivered your order on the time & date confirmed by yourself.
