Exactly as ordered and described. Price tags still hanging on new item. Pleased with item. However, watch your shipping costs when purchasing....I paid a premium for expedited shipping (automatic, I didn't request) and the item was sent ground advantage....so, basically I overpaid, and seller pocketed $5 or so.... Pointed out to seller via pleasant message giving them an opportunity to refund a bit aftr the fact...but they didn't fix the overlook, just blamed on PT employees.

Sent seller a message about the false information she put in her listing but not a word from her. So, I'll share the issue. She listed this as new but said it was a store display. That was fine with me. When the $300.00 purse arrived pushed in a envelope having no support and then finding a pink chalk substance in a pocket, I say it is used. I'm now wondering if it's a fake! Just doesn't have the look that my other Brahmin bags, same style, have. I can not recommend.
