I am loyal client buying vintage film posters...but this episode has shattered my confidence. I placed my order on February 12 and it has not arrived as today its March 28th. I have asked to be reimbursed but there seller is unresponsive. The item cost 29 euros, shipping 19 euros. They have rare movie posters that I value, and if my confidence is restored, I will come back as a customer. But its up to them to restore my trust.

The buyer is not happy because he did not receive the poster. As soon as I received feedback from the carrier who told me that he had failed to deliver the poster, I offered two solutions: Refund or wait for the poster to be returned and resend. As soon as his request for reimbursement requests. The repayment was carried out during the day. I no longer want him to order from our site. It makes us responsible for delivery problems.
