The cz's are well set and they are exactly as pictured. I'm pleased. One concern, I suggest if you plan to change earrings frequently, you may want to consider a slightly heaveier/stronger pair. I removed one for viewing after a few days of wear and the hinge is very delicate; it took some adjustment to reconnect.
