THE ITEMS WERE CERTAINLY VALUE FOR MONEY. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS WERE GREAT. THE APPEARANCE OF THE ITEM WAS GOOD. THE ONLY THING IS IS THAT THE BAGS ARE NOW 10 GRAMS SMALLER. However I contacted customer services and they apologised for their mistake, and sent the remaining 48 packs by express delivery. Can't fault the service really as they immediately stepped up. Excellent value for money.
