The offer of a part refund was to save the customer the inconvenience of returning the canopy. When this was declined we promptly took the next steps of accepting the return & the refund was issued as soon as we received the canopy back. Not sure how much more we could have done to the honest.

However, the seller was prompt to take responsibility and provided a full refund swiftly. The communication was good. I would recommend them because if there’s a problem, you know they will attend to it and resolve it in a reasonable manner, which is rare nowadays! Good seller but sadly the products didn’t work.
