The shipping box was not damaged when it arrived as shown in picture. The column to hold paper towels was in the the Styrofoam slot within the box broken. FYI. In the past I contacted USPS about a package that was never received. It was delivered to the wrong home and the USPS compensated me for my expenditure. Great_Dogs.
