    This hat was not toscana shearling or shearling of any kind. It was fake suede with faux fur. On the listing details it was misleading and not as described and when I messaged the seller, they never responded.

    I did not receive a mesage from buyer. The item was described exactly as the description. I do not know what buyer is referring to. I have had 100% accurate descriptions in the past, never had an issue with in accurate listings. If there IS every a problem, I have always worked it out with the buyer. Unfortunately this buyer decided to leave a negative review instead of asking for a refund. Now I do not take kindly to this negative feedback.
