      Very fast shipping. Thank you! The compass is not very precisely graduated. It shows the basic quadrant within 45 degrees or so. But seems accurate as far as this goes. Altimeter is fine. Overall the unit is kind of flimsy plastic. I would like if it were more “stoutly built”

      over priced failure

      I got the altimeter and compass for my van. The compass is very inaccurate regardless where it is placed. The altimeter scale is too small and hard to read for quick glances in a car. The thermometer is also too small for viewing quickly when driving. The other functions are of no value for an auto instrument. For hiking or backpacking it is too large. It looks like they tried to make it useful for both car and outdoors and because of that they failed at both.
