Excellent product I was going to buy a new microwave but mine wasn't cheap and I've only had it a year so didn't really want to. Problem solved- my microwave looks like new and even though the tin of paint that comes is tiny I've still got half left incase it needs a touch up in the future.

Communications is very bad never replied, paint, melted when microwave switched on it was left to try for two days before switching off I will not deal with a game

Clearly the paint wasn't dry when you used the microwave. I have never seen such a mess. If you had left it for so long either the microwave was still wet from condensation or you hadn't followed the instructions about stirring it carefully with the supplied stirrers. The paint must have been applied really thickly also for that much to have been carried by the roller ring to the bottom of the glass tray. We do - perhaps wrongly assume that customers have at least some common sense.
