The Taptic Engine is perfectly fine.
The shipping however was exceptionally late. To be clear: it was shipped a reasonable 2 days after the order, but took an additional 5 and a half weeks to arrive here in Japan. Orders from Europe usually take about a week. I'd actually given up on it, thought it got lost in the mail.
Using a different method of shipping might be a good idea.
