It works
I know it doesn’t in some cases, but mice in the bedroom wall cavity, and borrowed a friends one and it did really work. We switched it off, and honestly within less than an hour they were back, switched it back on and hey presto. I should be on commission! Except it can be rather audible to humans. So ended up putting it on the landing.
