eine derart schlechte Auktionsabwicklung hatte ich bisher noch nie bei ebay. Anfragen werden nur beantwortet wenn man lustig ist, ansonsten ignoriert und es wird nicht mit dem Unternehmen verschickt wie im Angebot beschrieben. Statt DHL wurde ohne Mitteilung DPD gewählt, nix Packstation. Weiterhin bröselt die klare Innenverpackung auseinander, was auch nicht im Angebot stand. Neuwertig sieht anders aus. Sehr unvorteilhaft als Geschenk für Kiinder.

Hallo, bevor gemeckert, wird wäre eine direkte Ansprache ganz förderlich. Bevor man so Creative Unwahrheiten von sich lässt, nur weil man die gewünschten 2€ Nachlass nicht bekommen hat. Der Artikel und die Verpackung waren tipptopp in Ordnung! In meinen Angeboten wird bis auf sehr wenige Artikel außer diesem auf die verschiedenen Versandformen hingewiesen.

direkte Ansprache macht nur Sinn wenn geantwortet wird, was 2x nicht passierte. VK schickt Anfrage auf Bewertungsänderung, worauf er am 27.01.24 um 21:17 Bilder der defekten Innenverpackung erhielt sowie weitere Infos. Die Sendungsnummer 09447162470316 gehört zu DPD, nicht wie im Angebot angegeben zu DHL.Auch diese Anfrage wurde erneut IGNORIERT, daher keine Äbänderung möglich. Falsche Behauptungen??? Hier hoffte man ebay wird es schon richten und unbequeme Bewertungen entfernen....
