Le vendeur a très mal réagi à 2 demandes simples de ma part (sur l'emballage et sur l'envoi lui même). Il m'a répondu de manière peu courtoise et a annulé unilatéralement ma commande, confirmée et indiquée comme envoyée. Suite à mes protestations, aucune réponse. Le même objet a été remis en vente quelques jours plus tard, plus cher...Cette rupture de contrat et la remise en vente à un prix majoré ne sont pas acceptables, surtout de la part d'un professionnel.

Votre consigne, deux messages en 48h après "achat" sont le début du harcèlement avec certains acheteurs qui disent comment faire notre travail. Vous n'avez pas répondu à ma question sur le fait de savoir si vous aimez que vos clients vous disent comment vous devez faire votre travail ? Ou plus simplement si vous dites à votre boulanger comment il doit faire son pain? Je vous ai juste répondu que l'on arrêtait là et, effectivement, il vaut mieux savoir s'arrêter avant de commencer avec certains.
