All Our Items Are Brand New Unless Otherwise Stated. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s faults; faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount at our discretion. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: 2-3 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: 3-5 working days
Parcelforce 48: 2-3 working days
Sometimes, if the customer is not available at the address, generally the postman leaves a card at the address stating the location of the product as their local depot and contact address of the Shipping Company, so that the customer can pick it up at his own convenient time, or they try to deliver it again 2 more times. These shipments are generally held for 2 weeks at the local depot and then sent back to us at un-delivered item. If you have not received the product within estimated delivery time period, Please check, if there is any Notification Card from shipping service. Sometimes the Postman does not leave a calling card and takes the shipment back to depot. So, please visit your local depot and check at the unclaimed items department.
If you do not received the item within 7 days please contact us.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items not received unless we are out of stock of that item. Where an item is lost during delivery we will dispatch a replacement product following confirmation from you that you have made some simple checks with your local Royal Mail office.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods not original delivery cost provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging within 14 days of the date of the invoice
You must take care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
Postage and Packing is not included in any refund given for unwanted returns
 
Faulty / Damaged Items – Returns
 
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
You need to obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before sending your order back to us. RA number can be obtained by emailing us. Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. Please note that we will not accept returns for: Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects. Return postage will be paid by buyer. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Please report us within 7 working days if item delivered with is damaged. Any refund amount will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.
 
Unwanted Item Return
 
If a buyer changes his/her mind or the item is not required then they can send it back to us on their own cost and we will issue refund by deducting the delivery cost & 15% restocking fee.
