The creams came rancid, they have a bad smell. I bought the creams to give as gifts, so the people who received them must have used them before they told me about their bad smell. The seller offered me to return the products, however, I rejected the possibility when he told me that the refund would not be 100% because the product would look used, which I understand, but I am left without options suitable for my situation, since to know if the product is good or not, it is not necessary to use

Buyer stated she mixed lotion with a different bottle. Then wanted to return it saying it was rancid. I offered to give a partial refund but she wanted full refund then stated she would give negative feedback. I have multiple bottles of same lotion and none smelled rancid.
