I have contacted the seller and sent a photo as the vase had been smashed in transit .No reply and I emailed 4 days ago ..It had been wrapped in bubble wrap and placed amongst shredded paper as extra protection. However other items I've received had had far more layers of bubble wrap.I knew it was a risk when I bought it but I needed it for a special project which is why I paid £15;
