Not new, cover scratches, screws, top and bottom inlets cover pieces missing. Shower not working on first stage heating, can not align temp indicator, 2nd stage work but only when turn selector over max, then it is very very hot when reduce to 7 water gets very cold, after switch off will not reset till turn and work unless set on 2nd stage heating, and temp dial turned over max, not happy at all, would like another unit ASAP or refund please.
