But this was no relection on the Seller, who did everything they could do and investigated it's loss. The Seller was very quick to identify a problem and tried to rectify it! The coin was gobbled up by that monster the Royal Mail. How they lose anything is a mystery as everyone who uses them knows?? The actual service provided was excellent, from start to finish.
