    Great value, quiet unit, good features!

    One word.. Quiet. I can't believe how quiet this unit is at high speed, it's barely audible in the room, no more turning up the TV to hear over the air conditioner. Even the outside unit is so quiet that from a few feet away you wouldn't even know it's running. The up and down and side to side motorized tilt really gets the air circulated around the room and the temperature change is pretty quick! Very impressed, can't wait to see how cool it is with this running this summer!

    Good unit but the one feature I wanted don’t work

    Wanted this particular unit for the WiFi Control unfortunately the app does not work so huge disappointment. Other then that for A/C this thing is amazing. Next time I will get a similar non smart unit and save the 100$.

    Features are great. Runs very quietly and heats up quickly.

    Product arrived earlier then expected. Was fairly easy to install. It works like a champ. This was a gift from our family to my husband for is birthday. Nice operation runs quietly. I would of rated this a 5 star except for the instructions were all in a foreign language, had to request installation instructions in English. Thanks so much

    Great bang for the buck!

    The product is well built. The wiring harness comes already installed to the wall mount unit. I'm still waiting to get my electric bill to see how energy efficient the unit is. So far so good. Installation can be done by someone that is really handy. Not a simple do it yourself.

    So far, so good...

    I was not sure what to expect with the cheapest mini-split that I could find, but so far, I am impressed. It took a couple of afternoons after work to get it up and running, mostly because I had to drill through a concrete block wall, but with a hole saw for stone counter tops, the deed was done. Thankfully, I had access to a vacuum pump and after getting the lineset routed, it pulled a vacuum quickly and held without difficulty. The pre-installed refrigerant charge was just right and after flipping the breaker on and hitting the power button, my downstairs living room is now a comfortable 72 degrees. The temp at the vent is a full 10 degrees colder than my central a/c heat-pump, it is quiet enough that you can't hear it running over the sound of the TV, cools a 550 square foot room easily ...
