Item didn't arrive on time so I sent a message.. no response after 7 days I opened an eBay issue.. I then received a card from post office stating I needed to pay £3.50 to get the parcel as seller had not paid enough postage. I didn't pay this and updated the issue with ebay.. within 24 hours of opening the issue I received a full refund from ebay.. at no point did the seller respond to my issue.. good work ebay .poor seller
