Delivery Terms
1) We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the eBay or Paypal confirmation box before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances unless agreed to us via email before dispatch.
 
2) Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
 
3) We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.
 
4) Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Courier company used, Full tracking details will be provided to customers upon dispatch, most of our delivery are scheduled for weekdays only, we do offer a weekend and timed delivery, this would incur an additional cost, prices vary please enquire..
 
5) Large Order items will be delivered via haulier service, Unless specified the delivery will be to the kerbside only, Please note the drivers are not insured to go beyond this point, it would be essential if help is at hand when taking large order deliveries, if the delivery is to a flat or apartment the delivery will be to the main entrance door only.
However we do offer a two man in house delivery service please enquire for this special service, additional charges apply for this service.

Delivery Protection
 
All deliveries are protected with insurance, any damages or losses occurred in transit will be handled accordingly, Please check packages upon arrival, once you are satisfied, please sign the delivery agreement of acceptance.
However if the item arrives damaged do not worry just declare on the delivery agreement "damaged" (not declaring damaged will void the insurance.)
upon declaring the items is damaged We will issue any replacement free of charge,
all items that have been damaged in transit, will be collected by our courier it is a customer's responsibility to acknowledge this and help with return as in the state it arrived.
 
Furthermore we would require some photographic evidence in regards to the claim, insurance company will not pursue any claims without this proof.
 
Returns Policy
1) We offer a no quibble 7 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer will be responsible to return the goods unopened and in the original condition as it arrived, the buyer is responsible for the return cost of postage.
 
2) For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days via e-mail through ebay only, We will then issue you with a reference number and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items will be collected all cost will be levied by us, upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty, some photographic evidence will be required to pursue the replacement or refund
 
3) If a wrong item is received, please email us, we will therefore immediately get the correct item to you and collect the wrongly delivered item.
 
4) upon opening the packaging if an item is faulty and damaged, please email us, we will therefore immediately get this resolved for you asap, hence we do require photographs to get the issue resolved more swiftly and acuurately.
 
Customer's Liability
5) If and when a return is requested in accordance with the sale contract, you the customer must take reasonable care of the item(s).
Under the Distant Seller Regulations, customers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them, and liaise with the seller until completion.

If we offer at e-Bay auction we will always keep items to one side to fulfill the order of the winning bidder. However it is very important not to presume that we have more than one available unless specifically stated, if you need a second matching item please e-mail ahead to check.
Please unpack all products carefully. unless item is found to be faulty. They’re exactly as described, very useful for helping me drink water from my bottle while I’m at work! I always forget, but the straw stays in the bottle so it makes it easier to drink more. They’re also very good for smoothies and milkshakes. The only draw back is they have a slightly funny plastic smell, but seeing as they’re silicone, that’s expected.
