Sadly, I cannot recommend this seller at all as he lists branded ink cartridges yet sends out in place of the branded 19ml cartridge I purchased, an UNBRANDED 12ml cartridge, with no reasons for not sending the one I purchased claiming it to be comparable & still expecting me to accept it at the same price. He then refused to arrange collection from my address meaning I had to use my time & energy getting to a post office when I do not drive to return. Avoid seller if you want genuine items!

Item not as described. This pack contains multiple ink tanks and not all colours fit my printer xp15000. It states in the listing it was compatable and after multiple messages to the seller I was finally offered a part refund upon me returning the colours not used. The value offered was not of equal value of the tanks by proportion of total cost divided by number of tanks and the value It costs to buy replacement so total waste of time returning. Missleading description poor understanding seller
