Description and item were good…but overpriced shipping no doubt, and seller has absolutely zero communication. The item was lost due to USPS, and I reached out to check if everything was ok and that the item was sent to the correct address, after weeks the item arrived, with zero response from seller. I was not be upset about the late item, and would have been completely understanding with even the minimum amount of communication. Was not the best experience.

I contacted them and asked if I could have the shoes on a certain date. They never responded. Communication is very important, it was a very special occasion. If needed I was willing to pay for shipping to expedite the order. Otherwise everything else was ok. The shoes fit the description and I’m pleased with the merchandise,not the service
