      The main product (a decorative, commemorative plate) arrived in good condition but the decorative box and the bubble wrap inside the box was damaged by what appeared to be something that looked like honey. This honey-like substance rendered the decorative Tiffany & Co. box useless. This should have been reflected in the description to better reflect the tainted quality of the item, instead it read “BRAND NEW IN BOX-RARE!” Unfortunately I feel like I overpaid and the value isn’t fully there.

      Offered a full refund multiple times. Buyer never responded. UPS packaged this so I am not aware of the bubble wrap not being perfect.
