AVOID this Seller Time Waster! They did not send any item totally just ignored all messages then just refunded me a week later and wasted my time I purchased for a gift if you was going to ignore then refund for no reason you should of done this straight away I lost over a week waiting now u have to go and buy something else as I run out of time waiting for nothing 😡

Explained to the buyer why messages were not responded to (illness and was in hospital). Made and sent buyer a new necklace and they were appreciative of it.
