I ordered this baby plaque but it came and it was a coaster , I paid an extra £1.00 to receive it quicker . I don’t think it’s worth the money as it’s come today and the image on the front is peeling away and when I told the seller they was very rude and said that it’s only damaged because I have pulled it back when I haven’t , and still haven’t sorted my issue out . Why would I damage something that I’ve brought for my baby , it was also in a standard envelope with no bubble wrap or nothing .

As previously stated, a full refund has been offered, and was offered instantly. All that has been requested is that you return the item, which is not an unreasonable request.Behaving in this manner to try and receive a refund without returning the item is not acceptable. Just return the item and as agreed (even though it is advertised as none refundable due to being personalised) a full refund will be issued. You are the only negative review we've had.
