It wasnt clear before purchase delivery would be in february or march. I requested to cancel with the seller before despatch immediately after the sale but seller did not respond and posted it anyway, i have already bought this item on amazon as i need in tome for christmas, the item is no goodvto me in febriary. I will send it back to jspan whej it arrives in february and will request my bank charges the seller back. The seller does mot make it clear how long delivery is and is ignorant .

Kids love it.
My 11 year old son was ecstatic to receive this as a gift. For the Otamatone player, it’s a fun instrument that plays ear piercing noises. With practice you can make a familiar sounding tune. Unfortunately for the listener, the Otamatone has the musical qualities of a deflating balloon crossed with a recorder on helium.

Throw away your Stradivarius
In Caravaggio's painting "Rest on the Flight into Egypt" he depicts Joseph holding sheet music for an angel, who is playing a violin to soothe the virgin Mary and the baby Jesus to sleep. Had the Otamatone been invented in Caravaggio's time, the angel surely would have been playing it instead. To say that the Otamatone's dulcet tones would provide a suitable lullaby for Jesus himself would not be overstating the quality of this magical instrument. In the hands of an enthusiastic twelve year old boy the sound can only be described as "indescribable". Spend just 5 minutes in the same room as an accomplished junior Otamatonist, and you too will know what it sounds like to be serenaded by an angel.
