Item arrived unopened and sealed just as described. Unfortunately the figures arms were broken, which after some research, I was able to discover it as a common issue with the figure. It was a fault of manufacturing and in no way a fault of the seller. Seller was kind enough to give me a 20% refund after they were told about the issue. The seller was incredibly considerate and beyond helpful. You can buy at ease knowing this seller is willing to go the extra mile for you
