We run a small family business and require VAT receipts, Seller is VAT registered and required to provide a separate VAT receipt if requested. They advertise that they do in their sellers details (see photo). I requested a VAT receipt too many times and was not provided with one until I threatened to open a "Not As Described" case with eBay. Shame really as the produce was OK. Conclusion, if you buy on eBay and hope for good customer service, you might want to avoid this seller.
