We refer to our previous messages and confirm that we have not encountered any previous problems with these discs. We are disappointed that you chose to decline our offer to have the goods returned so that these could be brought to the attention of our suppliers/manufacturers for testing and to discuss the matter further with ourselves so that we could pass all relevant information onto our suppliers. We shall of course cease to sell this brand should we be advised of any further incidents.
